Payment Plan Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in the MicroCon North America 27 Payment Plan, you agree to the following legally binding terms and conditions:
1. Overview
The MicroCon 27 North America Payment Plan allows participants to pay for individual activities or events, or bundles of two more activities or events in 18 monthly installments. This plan is available for enrollment through December 31st, 2025. After this date, the payment plan option will no longer be offered.
2. Commitment to Full Payment
By enrolling in the plan, you agree to pay all 18 installments for each selected activity/event. Partial payment does not entitle you to access any MicroCon 27 North America activity/event. For example, if only 17 of 18 payments are completed, you will be denied access and forfeit all payments made to date.
3. No Refunds, No Transfers
This payment plan is subject to the MicroCon 27 North America Refund Policy. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance, personal circumstances, or payment issues.
4. Payment Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring successful monthly payments. This includes maintaining a valid credit or debit card. We will attempt to notify you of failed transactions, but we are not liable for missed payments due to expired cards, insufficient funds, or processing errors. It is your responsibility to monitor your account and payment status.
5. Ineligibility for Discounts
Participants enrolled in the payment plan are not eligible for early-bird specials, promotional rates, or any other discounted pricing. You acknowledge and accept that your 18 total payments is higher than the one-time payment options.
6. Cancellations or Schedule Changes
If MicroCon 27 North America is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. If the event or activity is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.
7. Liability Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement
By participating in MicroCon 27 North America and any of its related events or activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or death. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify The Republic of Slowjamastan LLC, its officers, agents, partners, sponsors, venues, affiliates, contractors, and clients from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your participation in MicroCon 27North America .
8. Binding Agreement
By opting into the payment plan, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. This agreement is legally binding and enforceable.
9. Additional Terms
The Payment Plan Terms and Conditions outlined above are supplemental to and do not replace the General MicroCon 27 North America Refund & Ticket Policy, which shall remain in full force and effect. By enrolling in the Payment Plan, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by both sets of terms. The General Refund & Ticket Policy can be accessed HERE.
